Stop Smoking Book
Hi and thank you for taking the time to read my article about this tremendous stop smoking book the “EasyQuit system”. Personally I quit smoking a few years ago and because of my long process of quitting smoking and my experience with the ongoing struggle of quitting smoking, I decided to write for people about recommended books and ways to stop smoking.

The book is divided into 30 bite-sized steps, which are very easy to follow and a 100 pages long.
The book is based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), this system is basically a Behavioral system, which was invented by Aaron Beck in the 1960′s. The idea behind this system is breaking down a complicated issue into small achievable pieces. That why the book is divided to so many chapters in less than 100 pages.

Basically the whole process of quitting smoking is divided into the following steps:
The first step of quitting smoking is making a decision. The decision to quit smoking is the most important of the steps because it create the path for other steps to come. This makes the following question arise: Can you see yourself cigarette free?, Can you?, Do you think it is possible? this book makes it possible and not just possible, but also easy.
The second step is to decide how to quit smoking – using a stop smoking book or any other way.
The third step is to take action – it doesn’t matter what way you choose as long as you choose and take action, make it into reality. The “Easy quit system” book teaches you how to quit smoking without any will power.
